Anyone who has had problems with their computer knows how hard it is to find genuine computer technicians who will try their best to fix any issues you may have. In my own experience many technicians consider an OS reinstall to be a universal fix for all problems; this is just ridiculous beyond words because it often never solves the original issue. The people at Shell systems are genuine technicians. I've known them for a year now, maybe not a long time but long enough to recommend them to others! Keep in mind Shell Systems does charge more than your local technician especially if they come on house visit. But it's worth the cost -
